The CreatBot PEEK-300 is a new industrial grade 3D Printer that puts full focus on high performance materials such as PEEK and PEI.

Large print space
The PEEK-300 has an impressive build space of 300x300x400 mm. To be able to print PEEK in this size is very good.
The PEEK-300 extruders include an intelligent cooling system. This ensures that the filament is feeding at the optimal temperature all the time. The height adjustable nozzles allow you to align your two nozzles very quick and easy. Perfect when you want to 3D print with support, varied materials or just two colors. All CreatBots from 3D Prima come with dual extruders as standard.
The cooling system is one of the most important components in a printer, and even more so in a printer that can reach high temperatures. PEEK-300 has a newly developed liquid cooling system makes the water circulate withing the hot-end and keeps it at optimal temperature.
Air pump cooling
To aid the liquid cooling system the PEEK-300 also have air pump cooling system. The function that sets this printer apart from others is that it takes cool air from the outside, rather than just use the hot air inside the printer.
Filament detection system
If you should run out of filament during a 3D print, don’t worry. The 3D printer will go into pause mode and let you change the filament – then you just hit resume, easy!
Continuos 3D printing
If you should have an unexpected power loss the PEEK-300 remembers the last known position, stores it, lowers and retracts the filament. When the power comes back on you can continue to 3D print.
High temperature 3D prints
The nozzles can operate in temperatures up to 500 ° C. This means that you can use a wide range of different filaments, including PEEK
Enclosed and heated build area
The build-chamber on the PEEK-300 can be heated to 120°C. Thanks to this function the printer can keep a constant temperature and means that you run a much lesser risk of cracks and warping. That is a problem that you often encounter with ABS for instance on printers without heated build chamber.
Heated build platform
The build platform on the PEEK-300 can reach 200°C. This is essential if you want to print materials like PEEK, PEKK and similar materials.
Print with precision and speed
With the PEEK-300, CreatBot has taken everything a step further when it comes to speed, precision and reliability. Resolution up to 0,04 mm and a print speed up to 120 mm/s (40-60 mm/s optimal speed). Combine this and a powerful direct drive setup, and you have a printer that will perform at its best every time you use it.
All enclosed build space
On the CreatBot PEEK-300 you have a totally enclosed build space which prevents large 3D prints from being cracked or warped.
HEPA Air filtration
The air filter system can adsorb impurities and gases that generated by printing special filament, more safe and environmental protection, which is more suitable for house, school, office space.
